Leigh Academy Minster is committed to ensuring all complaints are handled in a professional and timely manner. We strive to build positive and collaborative relationships with parents, carers, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with the Academy’s policies and services.

We recognise, however, that concerns may occasionally arise. To address these effectively, the Academy has a structured resolution process. The initial points of contact are the child’s College team. Should a concern remain unresolved, it will be escalated to the Head of College and, if necessary, to the Deputy Principal.

In order to work collaboratively with you, we ask that you contact the academy in the first instance to discuss your concerns via info@minster.latrust.org.uk addressing this to your child’s Head of College.

If you deem your complaint to be unresolved and wish for it to be investigated further by the Principal, please contact the academy via info@minster.latrust.org.uk addressing this to Miss L. Crawley, Principal’s PA.

If you deem your complaint to be unresolved after the Principal has been given the opportunity to respond, please submit a formal complaint using this form. Please see the Leigh Academies Trust contact information below.
