Dear parent/ carer,
As we move towards the end of Module 4, please see below key information regarding our end of module 4 arrangements:
Times of the day arrangements for Thursday 2nd April (1:00pm finish)
All students are expected to attend the academy as normal on Thursday 2nd April and continue to wear full academy uniform. All students will continue to attend normal lessons as per their timetable, with their planned curriculum continuing to be delivered.
All students will be able to access their Free School Meal Entitlement as required. Students will then be dismissed from the academy at 12:55pm. Any detentions that students receive on the last day of the module will be rolled over to Monday 20th April 2026 when the academy re-opens to students.
Buses
To support students returning home on Thursday 2nd April, we have arranged for the Chalkwell and Travelmasters school buses to collect students from 1:15pm and complete their usual return route.
After this time buses will not be available.
Module 5 return date
All students are required to return to the academy at the start of Module 5 on Monday 20th April 2026 as per the normal academy times of the day. Please note that the academy is closed over the 2 week break apart from the Year 11 Spring School running from Tuesday 7th to Thursday 9th April. Due to the academy being closed to most students this time you will not receive a response to any enquiries until w/c 20th April.
