Co-curricular offer

Dear parent/ carers,

Co-curricular offer at LAM

As part of our co-curricular offer, we are excited to announce a new series of clubs starting this week.

Students have been asked to complete a sign up process with their tutor this week. Students may join one activity per day, with a maximum of three clubs per week. Once their interest in a club has been established, your child will be enrolled and added to a formal register that staff will complete each week as an additional session; this will also show on your child’s timetable in Bromcom and attendance to the club can be tracked for rewards and college points. There will be opportunities at the beginning of each module to sign up to other clubs.

Arrival at activities

Students are expected to arrive no later than 3:20pm to be registered and should go straight to their activity following our afternoon line ups.

Departure from activities

Activities finish at 4:15 pm allowing enough time for students to access the additional bus service available at 4:30pm. Travelmasters will continue to collect students on the school site and the Chalkwell service will collect students on the Minster Road.
